Can you transfer my prescription from my local US pharmacy as I may have refills there?

No. Since we are located outside of the United States, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However, you can call your doctor's office and ask them to directly fax us a new prescription. If you prefer, we can also contact your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription for you. Please note that doctor's offices can take up to 3-5 business days to respond to our requests for new prescriptions, so it may be quicker for you to contact them directly.
