Sending your prescriptions

A valid prescription is required for all prescription medications, just as it is at your local pharmacy in the U.S. To be accepted, your prescription must be issued by a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.

You can send your prescription to us in any of the following ways:

·         Email: prescriptions@canadapharmacy.com

·         Fax: 1-800-883-6005

·         Chat: upload it using the attachment option in the chat box, or upload the prescription from your online account

Please include your order number when sending your prescription so we can match it to your order as quickly as possible.

If you have already placed an order, we may also be able to contact your doctor’s office on your behalf to request a prescription. To do this, simply provide us with your doctor’s contact information.
