  • Can you transfer my prescription from my local US pharmacy if I have refills there?
    No. Since we are located outside of the United States, we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However, you may call your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription directly. If you prefer, we can also contact them for you and ask for a new prescription.   • Can the country where a drug is supplied/shipped be different from the country that the drug is manufactured?
    Yes, in many cases it can be. Not all drugs sold in U.S. and Canadian pharmacies are manufactured in the U.S. or Canada. For example, many generics sold by American and Canadian pharmacies may be sourced from India, the European Union, or elsewhere. Even for many brand-name drugs with American or European manufacturers, the drug itself may be manufactured outside of the USA or Europe for various reasons.
