How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 24–48 hours for us to receive and process your documents and for your order status to be updated.

Prescription orders are shipped within 5 business days after we receive your valid prescription. After your order has shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 10–20 business days. Because we do not ship by courier, we recommend placing your order well in advance, so you do not run out of medication.

OTC drug orders are shipped within 2 business days.
